I'm not vegan. Can we still work together?
All of the meal plans I create for clients are vegan. They do not contain animal products. I am open to helping individuals transition to a vegan diet, and understand that it's impractical for many to drop animal products all at once. Please get in touch, I am more than happy to discuss your current situation and see what we can do.
Who can take part?
There are no limitations on who can take part. I coach individuals worldwide regardless of their prior experience, age, sex etc. All I ask is that the client is willing to give me their best effort.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. I can create home workouts with whatever equipment you have available to you. And if you don't have any equipment, then bodyweight workouts and calisthenics are also possible.
